Ingredients

1 kilogram of various freshwater fish

1 bunch green 

1 onion

1 bay leaf

2 tablespoons flour (wheat)

5 peppercorns

1 tablespoon parsley leaves

½ cup rice

Tube ½ tomato (tomato sauce around the tube 50 gr)

Teaspoon cayenne pepper

4 tablespoons oil

The process of preparation

Fry in oil finely chopped onion, add finely cut vegetables and cook together a bit by adding a little water. When the vegetables soften and the liquid has evaporated, sprinkle with flour and cayenne pepper. Fill with water and cook for another half hour. Stir in tomato puree, add salt and pepper and bay leaf. When broth begins to boil, drop inpre-cleaned and sliced ​​into pieces fish and rice, and cook for twenty minutes. If you like spicy, add a spoonful of homemade crushed hot peppers.
