Sunny Summer Soup
- 1 cup fresh cantaloupe juice
- 1 cup fresh honeydew juice
- 4 tablespoon plain yogurt
* Serve chilled!!

Gazpacho
- 3/4 cup carrot juice
- 2 1/2 cups tomato juice
- 3/4 cup cucumber juice
- 2 garlic cloves well chopped
- Spices Mix – 2 tablespoons well chopped of = thyme, basil, oregano, pepper
* Serve chilled!!

Carrots & Yogurt Soup
- 2 1/2 cups carrots juice
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoon ginger juice
- Add some pepper to taste
* Serve chilled!!

You certainly wont heat your kitchen up with these soups. A great idea.
