The Grand Sichuan Chinese restaurant in Jersey City is a small restaurant where people come in to chat and have some food. Very comfortable and casual atmosphere. You can come there by yourself, with a friend, or with a date. All are welcome. The only thing is that people constantly come in and out since much of the orders are take out. Also, the Chinese man behind the register is constantly watching everyone so it can be a bit annoying. The best appetizer on the menu is the Pork Soup Dumpling. This appetizer is a meal on its own. The porn buns are very juicy and there are many of them. The porn inside is steamy and delicious. My favorite main dish is the Chicken Broccoli. These two items complement each other very well. I have tried the Roast Duck, but it was oily and too dry for my taste. I would not recommend it.
