Grandma’s Cabbage Soup

Soups.

Ingredients:

cabbage, onion, butter, bacon, potatoes, paprika sausage, vegetable soup, milk, flour, yoghurt, bay leaves, allspice, salt, pepper, a little sugar

The method of preparation: The butter can zpěníme onion, add the chopped bacon and sausage and fry. Nice to smell, pour in the broth (about 1 liter), add chopped potatoes, bay leaves, allspice and cook potatoes until soft. Leave to drain the cabbage, we pokrájet and add to pot. Simmer, add salt and pepper, add 0.4 liters of milk whisked with flour (if we will replace peas), and let thicken. When thickens, add 3 tablespoons of smooth white yogurt to taste and season with. Can also add a tablespoon of sugar for those who do not like sour. The soup is slightly spicy, wonderfully dense and delicious. This recipe is best in our family, I believe that you can enjoy as well.
