Grape Salad

A great recipe to take to a pitch in event.

I first tried this recipe at my cousins house. Since everyone could not stop eating it, I just had to have the recipe. It have proven to be a good one. I enjoy taking it to pitch in dinners where everyone wants to know what it is!

Grape Salad

4 lbs. Red seedless grapes

8 oz. Pkg cream cheese

8 oz sour cream

8 oz whipped topping

1 1/2 c powdered sugar

1 tsp lemon juice (use a real lemon)

Wash grapes and drain them WELL. You may leave the grapes whole (I do) or cut them in half. Mix all ingredients together EXCEPT the grapes.  Mix well attempting to get all lumps out! Add the grapes and mix again until the grapes are all covered and white. Store in the refigerator. This is best eaten cold.

Delicious! Enjoy!
