Green Bean Casserole

Vegetarian casserole.

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup soymilk
  • splash of soy sauce
  • dash of pepper
  • 4 cups fresh, cooked green beans *
  • 3 slices bread

* boil fresh beans for 7 minutes before mixing in casserole dish

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • mix soup, milk, soy sauce, pepper, beans and 1 1/2 slices of bread together in casserole dish
  • Bake for 25 minutes (uncovered)
  • Stir and add remaining 1 1/5 slices of bread
  • Bake for 5 more minutes until bread on top is crisp and brown
  • Serve hot and chow down!
