Green Bean Casserole

Vegetarian casserole.
Ingredients
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup soymilk
- splash of soy sauce
- dash of pepper
- 4 cups fresh, cooked green beans *
- 3 slices bread
* boil fresh beans for 7 minutes before mixing in casserole dish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- mix soup, milk, soy sauce, pepper, beans and 1 1/2 slices of bread together in casserole dish
- Bake for 25 minutes (uncovered)
- Stir and add remaining 1 1/5 slices of bread
- Bake for 5 more minutes until bread on top is crisp and brown
- Serve hot and chow down!
