This soup is fun for those cold winter nights and you can make many changes also.

 

Vegetables such as peas, carrots, onions, beans, potatoes, tomatoes, etc. babycorn – finely chopped – 1-2 cups (depending on how much you want in the soup)

 

Ingredients: 2-3 tablespoons butter, cornstarch – 2 tablespoons finely chopped 1-2, white pepper powder and salt;

 

Optional - cubes of cottage cheese, noodles / macaroni – cooked and drained of excess water – 1 cup; spinach – 7-8 sheets, strips and milk and creme brulee – 1 cup.

 

Recipe: Heat the butter in a saucepan, add onion, cook until pink, then add vegetables and saute for a few minutes to add water or vegetable broth or chicken ml-1000, bring to a boil and simmer for 6-7 minutes to veggies it is soft, then add salt and pepper powder, then add pasta, noodles, cook the flour in a little butter separately and mixed in the soup slowly to avoid lumps, then you can mix with the rest of the soup.  then add the cheese cubes and spinach, but can also add grated cheese, then add the milk and remove from heat and serve hot is a complete meal in itself and very nutritious.

You can cook the vegetables, cool and mix in a blender to make a soup, thick filling.

 

Otherwise, add the selected plants for every taste, and tastes like mushrooms, carrots, peppers, cabbage. Served with soup or bread sticks, this soup is a meal for kids of all ages, is very nutritious and can add the noodles / spaghetti / noodles / pasta / etc variations and combinations.

 

Try at least once with mushrooms, babycorn, cabbage and toss potatoes, spinach and onions are a part of all varieties.
