Hearty Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
1 red onion, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
2 cucumbers, sliced
8 new potatoes, boiled, quartered or 1 large potato, diced
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
4 hard-boiled egg whites, sliced
½ teaspoon garlic salt
¼ teaspoon pepper,
¼ paprika
½ teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons lite mayonnaise
3 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
4 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Procedure
Combine all ingredients and toss gently so the shapes of the vegetables and egg whites will remain intact. Serves 10.

Cheers for that one Gift no salad dressing, no cheese sauce, no butter, or margarine thanks sounds right to me. muchity crunchity vegetables ha ha ha I, wish I, could eat them more often, but, being me…. I would turn into a methane producing old one at that ha ha ha Thanks for the inspiration gift, I am going to rename my Salad from now on its a muchity crunchity Veg special ha ha ha cheers

Gift, I must be tired, I just went to check that recipe again…. you spoiled it for me, there are yoghurt and mayonnaise arg…. I am joshing, nice shout for the healthy, but hey I don’t do the dairy thing full stop. I know they told me when I was 5 I’ll die oh! shhhk’s cheers
