Home Cooking: Chicken Carrot and Tomato Soup
One of the soup that I frequently prepare for my family. The ingredients are easily available, simple to prepare, and nutritious. The cooking time is less than 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- One medium size carrot, peeled and cut into smaller sizes;
- Two tomatoes, wedged;
- One potato, peeled and diced;
- One big onion, peeled and diced.
- Chicken breast meat (you can also use chicken bones or thighs).
- Seasoning : salt, pepper and chicken stock granule.
Method
Bring to boil 5 cups of water in a soup pot; put in chicken breast meat, carrot, potato, and onions, bring to boil for 5 minutes with medium fire. Add in tomatoes and seasoning, bring to boil for another 2 minutes. serve.

Tips : Unfinished soup stock can be frozen as soup base for future cooking.
