How to Cook a Chicken and Vegetable Soup for People Who Have High Blood Pressures

Soup is a great dish to be served anytime. People have soups before eating dinner, in between meals, and late at night when you are a bit hungry. But, you don’t want to gain many calories and fats by just having soups. Soups are supposed to be light and healthy, something to just fill in your stomach. Here is the healthy recipe for soup which would prevent high blood pressures, so that everyone especially elderly people can enjoy and not worry about their blood pressures and gaining cholesterols.
Ingredients
- Broccoli
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 Tomatoes
- Baby Spinach
- Chicken Tender
- 1/8 Teaspoons of Salt
- ¼ Cups of White Wine
- 1 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 3-4 Cups of Water
- Chicken broth powder
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot
2. Add the chicken pieces into the pot and steer it until the chicken is cooked
3. After the chicken is cooked, add cut vegetables, zucchini, broccoli, and carrot and steer them together until zucchini gets a little softer
4. Add tomatoes and the white wine
5. Add the water and the chicken broth powder
6. Wait until the water starts boiling
7. Add the spinach
8. Continue boiling for about 8 minutes
9. Add some salt
