How to Make Chicken Sekuwa (Barbeque)

A Nepali recipe.

If momo is the first choice of Nepalese people, sekuwa has to be the second. You can find a sekuwa corner one every 100 metres in Nepal. So how to make chicken sekuwa in typical nepali style. Here is a video demonstration of how to make sekuwa, remeber you can make mutton sekuwas as well but make sure to give more time while you grill mutton sekuwas. Keep on turning and basting with melted butter. The rest of the process is same as chicken sekuwa. Serve this recipe with hot rice pilaf and stir fried vegetables. Also tomato achar can add to the taste of sekuwas. Have a nice time cooking.
