Ideal Turkey Salad

The salad that helps control calories intake during thankgiving dinner to ensure reduced weight gain this festive season.

Ingredients

ripe red tomatoes

red onions

tomatoes into roundish small pieces in a separate bowl.

green pepper

 green lemon

Fresh coriander

Preparation

Cut the onions in the same shape and size and soak them in warm salty water to reduce the bitterness for 5 minutes then drain the water ,mix with the tomatoes and finely chopped coriander and green pepper.Thoroughly mix and  sprinkle  fresh squeezed lemon juice.

Serve with your turkey.

This salad is rich in vitamins especially vitamin c and minerals besides having  very low calories and no cholesterol.

It’s good for digestion because of the tomatoes,onions a coriander which  cure low appetite,stomach ache,controls excessive fats and prevents constipation

Both tomatoes and onion are antioxidant too and the lemon is soothing and relaxing not to mention the green pepper which has been used by many  to regulate their weight.
