Independence Day Special Cuisine: Chole Bhature
This Independence Day, treat your family with this delicious Indian home. oh-so-delicious CHOLEY Bhature:

Ingredients:
• Maida: 2 cups
• Yeast: 1 packet
• Yogurt: 1 cup
• Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons soup
• Chickpeas: 200gm
Ginger paste • 1 / 2 c. Tea
• Garlic powder: 1/2tsp
• Cumin: 1 tsp
• Oil: 2 tbsp soup
• 2 tablespoons coriander
• mint leaves: 6-7
Turmeric powder • 1 / 2 c. Tea
• chili powder: 1 / 2 tsp
• Bay: 2-3
• Cloves: 2-3
• Garam Masala: 1 / 2 tsp
• Onions: 1 medium, finely chopped
• Tomato: 1
• Water: 1 / 2 cup
• Salt to taste
Method:
Bhature
• Take yeast and soak in warm water for five 10 minutes.
• Take all ingredients and mix well.
• To do this, add the yeast and make a soft dough. If necessary, add a little water and keep aside for four to five hours. The longer you hold, the better.
• roll like Pooris but slightly thicker than regular Pooris.
• Fry until golden brown.
CHOLEY
• Place the chickpeas in water overnight.
• Take 2 tablespoons of oil in a pressure cooker and heat it.
• Add garlic powder and is dark brown.
• Then add cumin seeds and fry until.
• Then add the bay leaves, cloves and chopped onion. Fry until golden brown.
• Now add the remaining ingredients including water except the cilantro and mint.
• Close the pressure cooker and wait for 3 whistles or boil for 5-7 minutes.
