Independence Day Special Cuisine: Chole Bhature

Ingredients:

• Maida: 2 cups

• Yeast: 1 packet

• Yogurt: 1 cup

• Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons soup

• Chickpeas: 200gm

Ginger paste • 1 / 2 c. Tea

• Garlic powder: 1/2tsp

• Cumin: 1 tsp

• Oil: 2 tbsp soup

• 2 tablespoons coriander

• mint leaves: 6-7

Turmeric powder • 1 / 2 c. Tea

• chili powder: 1 / 2 tsp

• Bay: 2-3

• Cloves: 2-3

• Garam Masala: 1 / 2 tsp

• Onions: 1 medium, finely chopped

• Tomato: 1

• Water: 1 / 2 cup

• Salt to taste

Method:

Bhature

• Take yeast and soak in warm water for five 10 minutes.

• Take all ingredients and mix well.
