Italian Spinach Soup

Italian spinach soup is healthy recipe.

Ingredients:

1 package frozen spinach                         

¼ tbsp white pepper

2 tbsp special oil                                      

1/8 tbsp nutmeg

¼ cup minced onions                               

6 cups water

1 clove garlic, minced                              

3 tbsp cornmeal

1 tbsp salt

Procedure:

Cook the spinach as package directs; drain and puree in an electric blender or force through a sieve.Heat the oil in a saucepan; sauté the onions and garlic 5 minutes. Blend in the salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the spinach and water; bring to a rolling boil and stir in the cornmeal. Cook over low heat 30 minutes, stirring frequently.

Serves 6.
