Liver Seasoned Botok
Recipe To Make : Liver seasoned Botok.
-6 Pieces of chicken liver, cut into pieces
-75 Ml thick coconut milk
-1 Egg, beaten
-6 Pieces of cayenne pepper
-2 Star fruit vegetables, cut into 3
– Banana leaves to taste
1 egg nutmeg
1 red onions
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 teaspoon shredded lemon grass inside
kencur to taste
1/4 tsp coriander
salt to taste
How to Make:
1. Mix the ground spices, coconut milk and beaten eggs. Stir well and set aside.
2. Prepare the banana leaves. Autr 1/3 of the liver pieces, two of cayenne pepper, 1/3 bay leaves, and 1/3 star fruit vegetables. Pour 1/3 beaten egg mixture, then wrap it neatly.
3. Steamed until cooked. Remove and serve.
