Vegetable rich man-chow soup.
MANCHOW SOUP
Ingredients:
- Mushrooms 2, finely chopped.
- Carrot 1, small, finely chopped.
- Beans 3, finely chopped.
- Paneer/cottage cheese 25 grams.
- Cauliflower 1, small flower.
- Cabbage 1 Tbsp, chopped.
- Ginger & garlic 1 Tbsp, chopped.
- Green chilies as per taste.
- Soya sauce as per taste.
- Ajinomotto ¼ Tsp.
- Chili tomato sauce as per taste.
- Salt, pepper & vinegar as per taste.
- Coriander chopped.
- Oil 11/2 Tbsp
- Corn flour (in 4 bowls of water).
Method:
- Take oil in a pan, add chopped ginger and garlic & green chilies. Sauté till it turns brown in color.
- Add all the vegetables except coriander, sauté it and add water and boil it.
- Add Soya sauce, chili sauce, Ajinomotto, pepper, mix it well.
- Then add corn flour mixture to thicken the soup.
- Lastly add vinegar and coriander.
- Serve hot with fried noodles.
