Vegetable rich man-chow soup.

MANCHOW SOUP

 

Ingredients:

 

  • Mushrooms                              2, finely chopped.
  • Carrot                                      1, small, finely chopped.
  • Beans                                       3, finely chopped.
  • Paneer/cottage cheese              25 grams.
  • Cauliflower                               1, small flower.
  • Cabbage                                  1 Tbsp, chopped.
  • Ginger & garlic             1 Tbsp, chopped.
  • Green chilies                             as per taste.
  • Soya sauce                               as per taste.
  • Ajinomotto                               ¼ Tsp.
  • Chili tomato sauce                    as per taste.
  • Salt, pepper & vinegar  as per taste.
  • Coriander                                 chopped.
  • Oil                                            11/2 Tbsp
  • Corn flour                                 (in 4 bowls of water).

Method:

  1. Take oil in a pan, add chopped ginger and garlic & green chilies. Sauté till it turns brown in color.
  2. Add all the vegetables except coriander, sauté it and add water and boil it.
  3. Add Soya sauce, chili sauce, Ajinomotto, pepper, mix it well.
  4. Then add corn flour mixture to thicken the soup.
  5. Lastly add vinegar and coriander.
  6. Serve hot with fried noodles.
