Mango Float
Easy to make Ref Cake.
INGREDIENTS:
200 g (1 pack) graham crackers*
1 kilo of mango sliced thinly**
CREAM:
2 packs (250 ml) all-purpose cream, refrigerated
168 ml (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
PROCEDURE:
- Arrange pieces of graham on the bottom of an 8” x 8” pan or similar pan.
- Mix cream and milk. Spread a portion on top of graham. Arrange a portion of sliced mango over cream. Repeat layer of remaining graham, cream mixture and mango.
- Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Slice and serve.
*possible substitutes: 50-60 pieces broas, milk biscuits or chocolate cookies
**can be more or less mangoes as desired
OPTIONAL: Crush remaining graham and sprinkle on top
Makes 16 servings

I always love to make mango float when there is an occasion. Like now, preparing for new year, I already made one and also fruit salad.
