Meat and Potato Pie

Meat and Potato Pie is great for serving at lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

2 pie crusts

1/2 cup of milk

1 pack of onion soup mix

1 pinch of black pepper

1 pinch of allspice

1 pound of ground beef

2 tablespoons of parsley

1 tablespoons of butter, melted

1 pinch of salt

1 pack of frozen hashbrowns, thawed

Directions

1. Combime milk, onion soup mix, pepper and allspice. Add the ground beef and mix well. Place the mixture into a pie plate with one of the pie crust on bottom of plate.

2. Combine parsley, butter and salt. Add the hashbrowns and mix well. Place the other crust on top. Flute the edges and cut two slits in top to let steam escape.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve with ketchup or favorite sauce. Enjoy!
