Meat and Vegetable Loaf

18 oz. ground veal of beef

1 1/2 cups frozen (10 oz. package) cooked and drained chopped spinach

3 ounces grated onions

1 1/2 cups cooked enriched rice

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon thyme leaves

3 tablespoons soy sauce

Combine ground veal, or beef, chopped spinach, onions, rice salt, pepper and thyme leaves; mix well. Shape into an oval about 8 inches long. Bake on rack in pan at 350 degrees 40 minutes, or until cooked throughout. Brush with soy sauce. Makes 3 servings.
