Meat Broth

Learn how to prepare a meat broth in just seconds.

The ingredients are

- 1 whole chicken breast

- 1 / 2 k beef heart

- 2 bones cane

- 150 g chickpeas

- 2 carrots

- 1 tomato

- 1 leek

- 1 turnip

- 1 sprig parsley

- 1 celery

- Salt

~ First, cleaned well each and every one of the ingredients and put them in a pot with 3 liters of cold water.

~ Then, we plugged the pot, leaving it half-closed, and put it in a boil over very low heat for about 3 hours. If we see that it creates foam, remove it from the surface with a spoon.

~ After 3 hours, remove the pot from heat and strain the content.
