Meat Dish | Indian Meatballs Recipe

Quick-cooking delicious recipe everyone should try. It’s worth the taste!

Ingredients:

1 pound hamburger

1/2 cup tomato paste

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoon curry powder

2 tablespoon oil

1 cup beef bouillon

1/2 cup seedless raisins

pinch ginger

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon flour

1/2 cup water

Cooking Instructions:

  • Mix the hamburger, tomato paste, bread crumbs, salt and 1/2 teaspoon curry powder together. Form into balls 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
  • Saute in oil until brown (about 6 minutes) and set aside.
  • To the skillet juices stir in the bouillon, onion, raisins, 1 teaspoon curry powder, ginger, and salt. Simmer 5 minutes, then thicken with 1 tablespoon flour mixed with 1/2 cup water.
  • Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer 5 minutes longer.
  • Best serve with rice.
