Ingredients
2 Pounds of ground chuck, or lean hamburger
3 eggs
1 cup of grated carrots
1 cup of grated onions
11/2 cups of bread crumbs, or ground up crackers
2 cans of drained mushroom (Stems and Pieces)
1/2 cup of juice (Tomato, Orange, Cranberry, ect.! I to use V8 Juice)
1 teaspoon of Pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of celery salt
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 cup of water
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350degrees. Mix all the ingredients together, except the cup of water, and can of cream of mushroom soup! Mix the ingredients thoroughly, with clean hands if necessary! Once you are finished with your mixing, put loaf in a 9X13 bake pan! Making sure that it is evenly distributed through out the pan! pour the cup of water over the top of the meatloaf, and place pan into the center of the oven, on the center rack! Let the meatloaf cook for one hour! Then take the meatloaf out of the oven, set it on a heat resistant surface! Take your can of cream of mushroom soup, pour it over the top of the meatloaf, spread it out evenly, then return the meatloaf back to the oven for 1/2 an hour! Then remove the meatloaf from over, set meatloaf on a heat resistant surface, shut oven off, and enjoy
