Mixture for Meatballs

A meat mixture.

Ingredients

·         2 p. ground beef

·         4 slices white bread in pieces

·         3 eggs

·         1/2 c. grated Romano cheese

·         1 tsp. dried parsley

·         1/4 c. minced onion

·         salt and pepper

·         3 tbsp ketchup

·         4 tbsp steak sauce (your choice)

Directions

1.     In a bowl, mix the ground beef, bread, eggs, cheese, parsley and onion and season with salt and pepper.

2.     Make the mixture into golf size balls and brown in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.

3.     Put into your favourite spaghetti sauce.

4.     Simmer until meatballs are completely cooked through.

5.     There you have some meatballs.

You can use this for burgers or meatloaf or anything with meat.
