Mushroom Soup

Delicious, mouth watering mushroom soup.
MUSHROOM SOUP
Ingredients
- Mushrooms 250 gram
- Potato 1
- Fresh cream 100 gram
- Butter 2 Tbsp.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley chopped for decoration, optional
Method:
- Chop the mushrooms, onions and potato.
- Heat the butter and fry mushrooms, onions for at least 5-6 minutes. Take out a little of mixture of mushrooms and onion and keep aside.
- Add potato and fry again.
- Add six tea cups water and cook in a pressure cooker.
- When cooked blend in a liquidizer.
- Bring the soup to a boil, and add the remaining mushrooms and onion mixture.
Optional: Decorate with chopped parsley.
