Mushroom Soup

Delicious, mouth watering mushroom soup.

MUSHROOM SOUP

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms                  250 gram
  • Potato                          1
  • Fresh cream                 100 gram
  • Butter                           2 Tbsp.
  • Salt and pepper            to taste
  • Parsley                         chopped for decoration, optional

Method:

  1. Chop the mushrooms, onions and potato.
  2. Heat the butter and fry mushrooms, onions for at least 5-6 minutes. Take out a little of mixture of mushrooms and onion and keep aside.
  3. Add potato and fry again.
  4. Add six tea cups water and cook in a pressure cooker.
  5. When cooked blend in a liquidizer.
  6. Bring the soup to a boil, and add the remaining mushrooms and onion mixture.

Optional: Decorate with chopped parsley.
