Pico De Gallo (Authentic Mexican Salsa)
A delicious and basic recipe for the best salsa ever!
The versatility of this salsa is limitless! It can be served with grilled chicken or steak; added to omelets or egg frittata’s, or served along with your favorite tortilla chip.
Pico de Gallo (Salsa)
3 Large Tomatoes, diced
1 Onion, diced (Yellow or White)
1/4 Bunch Cilantro
½ Juice of Fresh Lemon
1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Garlic, minced
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
2 Jalapeno Peppers
*1 Cucumber, diced
Dice tomatoes, onions, chop cilantro, and jalapenos.
Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add salt, garlic, lemon juice and mix thoroughly. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
If your preference is a smoother salsa, place ingredients in blender for 30 seconds and chop.
