1 package pork chops or pork steak

3 or 4 dried red chilies (seeds removed)

Enough water to cover the meat

1 lime

tostados or corn chips

1 clove garlic

3 small cans hominy or corn

salt ,to taste

shredded lettuce

1 medium onion, chopped

Boil garlic with meat until meat is tender. Boil in a separate pan until tender- liquify in blender to make sauce. Add chili sauce and hominey (or corn) to meat mixture; salt to taste and simmer about 1 hour. Garnish with lettuce, a squeeze of lime, and chopped onion. Serve with tostados or corn chips.
