Pressed Milkfish Recipe (Bandeng Presto)

Today I will share one of best Indonesian recipe named Pressed MilkFish Recipe or more popular as Resep Bandeng Presto in Asia.

Ingredients :

-500-600 Gr milkfish, dry it 
-3 Stalk lemongrass 
-2 bay leaves
-Water sufficiently 

Spices:

-10 Shallots
-4 garlic 
-8 pieces kemiri
-8 pieces hazelnut 
-2 Cm ginger 
-1 Cm galangal 
-1 Teaspoon salt 
-1 / 2 spoon pepper 

How to Cook :-Prepare the cooker-Marinate the fish with spices, then wrapped with a leaf or aluminum foil -Then put in the cooker, add bay leaves and lemon grass -Pour in enough water until the fish is submerged -Cook kurleb 1 hour (depending on size of fish) over medium heat -After the maturation process is complete with cooker. Cook again in a state of open pan until the water is absorbed out.-And then fried until golden -Or dip the fish first kedlm beaten egg, then fried until turn yellow
