Quick Soup with Egg

Vegetable Soup.

We need:

1 tablespoon baby meal, 1 egg, 5 PL frozen mixed vegetables or root vegetables coarsely grated, 1 tablespoon oil, vegetable cube mass or broth, parsley, salt, 1.25 liters of water
Here’s how:

Fry in oil baby meal, add egg and stir until thickened. Pour in water, stir well, add chopped vegetables into smaller pieces and broth. Cook until vegetables are tender. Soup season with salt and chopped parsley.
