Sacred Heart Diet Plan

The basic diet consists of a seven-day plan to eat and if followed religiously will clean your system of impurities and give you a sense of well being.  Experience the abundance of energy, follow this diet.  Below is the day of the lunch arrangement within 7 days.

Day 1: Eat all fruits, except bananas.  Melons and watermelons are relatively low in calories, you can try.  Do not eat the soup (recipe below) and fruit today.

Day 2: You can eat all the vegetables in the day.  Eat vegetables as possible, with the soup.  up with fresh fruit, raw, cooked or canned stuff.  Remember the green, but stay away from dry beans, peas and corn.  Do not eat fruit today.  For dinner, eat a big baked potato with butter.

Day 3: Eat soup as you can with all fruits and vegetables, but do not eat baked potato.  And will be lighter than 5.7 kg.

Day 4: Today you have to eat bananas and drink milk.  Eat at least three bananas and drink as much milk as possible.  Do not forget to take the soup.  This plan reduces the craving for sweets.

Day 5: Today you may eat up to 20 grams of beef and a can of tomatoes (or 6 whole tomatoes.) Bring the soup.

Day 6: Eat beef and vegetables you want.  You can even have 2-3 steaks with green leafy vegetables, baked potato, but she is very strict.  Do not forget your soup at least once a day.

Day 7: Last day of food, you can have brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice fruits and vegetables and soup.

After 7 days have you lost all 10-17 pounds.  If you have lost over 17 pounds, stay off the diet for a few days before resuming again.  The scheme operates on the principle that you burn more calories than your intake.  The fat burning soup can be eaten when you are hungry, and in any quantity.  You can also substitute cooked chicken, grilled or baked instead of beef, but you should be in the skin of the chicken.

Avoid bread, alcohol, soft drinks and fried foods.  Drink at least 8 glasses of water and drink as follows: – black coffee, herbal teas, unsweetened fruit drinks, cranberry juice and skim milk powder.  If you are constipated on this diet, a cup of bran and fiber.  Although you can take black coffee, you will not feel the need caffeine after the third day.  Follow strict diet and feel the difference both mentally and physically.
