Seafood Florentine
Seafood,Prawns,Scallop.
250g GREEN KING PRAWNS, 250g Scallops, 8 spinach leave finely shredded , 1/2 cup of white wine, 1 cup of milk,
60g of butter, 2 green shallots,chopped, 125g of mushrooms sliced, 2 tablespoon of plain flour.
Place spinach in bowl cover and cook for 3 minutes. Combine shelled and deveined prawns, with scallops Add wine into bowl cover ,cook on high heat for 3 minutes. Drain reserved stock. Make up to 1 1/2 cup with milk combine with butter,shallots and mushrooms into a dish. Cook on high heat for 3 minutes. Stir in flour then stock cook on high heat for 3 minutes. Mix in seafood and spinach reheat on high heat for 2 minutes if necessary.
This should serve 3 people. I hope you all like this meal.
