Serbian nettle soup

Healing properties of nettles, are already known in many parts of the world. From these regions come to us interesting and delicious dishes whose main ingredient is just nettles.

Serbian nettle soup

Ingredients

1 kilogram of young nettle

2 tablespoons fat

1 bunch green onions

2 tablespoons of corn flour

So

2 eggs

Nettle as an ingredient is not exactly easy to find in the city. But if a little effort, you get awards for it’s unique taste and the nutritional content of food is quite enough.

The process of cooking

Cleaned nettle kept in boiling water for 1 minute, drain and finely chop. The fat fry finely chopped onions and chopped nettles. Pour water in which the nettles are cooked. Take the wire for whipping eggs, stirring constantly, add the corn flour into account that no clumping. Add salt and cook about ten minutes to cook a meal. Remove from heat and season with beaten egg.This soup can also serve with sour milk.
