Today, the market has bought a good pork neck. And without hesitation decided to marinate it for a kebab. As for the recipe of marinating meat for kebabs, then did not invent much, and decided just in white wine with the addition of your favorite spices and onions. Took me:

Today, the market has bought a good pork neck. And without hesitation decided to marinate it for a kebab. As for the recipe of marinating meat for kebabs, then did not invent much, and decided just in white wine with the addition of your favorite spices and onions. Took me:

* 2 kg. pork neck
* 4 onions
* 1.5 cups of dry white wine
* 1.5 cups water
* 3 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil
* Ground black pepper
* Laurel
* Black pepper

Everything is done very simply. Cut meat into portions, onion cut into rings. Now take a pan or other container in which to marinate our meat. Be laid at the bottom of the first layer of meat, pepper it, put a bay leaf, black pepper and a layer of onions. Make another layer of meat, just pepper it, put a bay leaf, black pepper and a layer of onions. Continue until the end meats. Now add the vegetable oil, wine and water. Amount of wine and water can be reduced or increased in proportion one to one, according to the condition that the meat was slightly covered with liquid. Now we will need from time to time to mix. A cook barbecue will be tomorrow!
