Spinach Rice

Recipe.
Nutritious, delicious and a favorite of children, is ideal for a birthday celebration.
Ingredients:
Long grain rice – 240 g
Oil – 2 tbsp
Spinach leaves, blanched and pureed – 20
Ginger and garlic paste-2 tbsp soup
Onion, sliced medium – 1
Capsicum large sliced – 1
Peas – 30 g
Cumin, 1 tablespoon
-1 Tbsp ground cumin
Coriander powder – 1 tablespoon
Green pepper – 1
Tomatoes, small cuts and julienne.
Preparation method
The oil in a saute pan and crackle cumin until they. Add garlic paste, ginger, coriander, cumin, onions, peppers, peas and green pepper.
Add the spinach puree and cook until vegetables are soft. Add the rice, too. Check seasonings and garnish with the julienned tomatoes.
