Spinach Soup

Simple, healthy, nutritious soup you would love.
SPINACH SOUP
Ingredients:
- Spinach 2 bunches
- Tomato 2
- Potato 1
- Onion 1
- Ginger & garlic 1 Tbsp.
- Cinnamon ½ “ stick
- Water to maintain the consistency.
- Big cardamom
Method:
- Put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker, and bring to 2 whistles.
- Then take out the cardamom & cinnamon and blend the remaining mixture in a liquidizer and add salt & pepper.
- Serve hot.
