Spinach Soup

Simple, healthy, nutritious soup you would love.

SPINACH SOUP

 

Ingredients:

 

  • Spinach                        2 bunches
  • Tomato                        2
  • Potato                          1
  • Onion                           1
  • Ginger & garlic 1 Tbsp.
  • Cinnamon                     ½ “ stick
  • Water                           to maintain the consistency.
  • Big cardamom

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker, and bring to 2 whistles.
  2. Then take out the cardamom & cinnamon and blend the remaining mixture in a liquidizer and add salt & pepper.
  3. Serve hot.
