Stew Vegetables

This vegetable combination is excellent when served alongside my Roast Chicken Deluxe.

3 lbs small white potatoes (whole and unpeeled)

small bag pearl onions (fresh)

6 16 oz bags frozen stew vegetables

Lemon pepper salt (to taste)

 

Wash potatoes and onions.  Place potatoes in large pot and bring to a boil.  Meanwhile, place onions in a small pot of boiling water, and remove after 3 minutes.  Let cool slightly.  Drain and peel onions.  Add to potatoes.  Add stew vegetables and boil for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender, whichever is earlier.  Sprinkle vegetables with lemon pepper salt.
