Strawberry and Amaretti Mess

PREPARATION TIME: 15 MINUTES SERVES 6

450g (11b) strawberries, washed and hulled

4tbsp icing sugar

1 x 500g pot 0% fat Greek yogurt

zest 1 orange, finely grated

1tbsp Amaretto, Grand Marnier or Cointreau

100g (4oz) Amaretti biscuits, lightly crushed

You will need

6 individual glasses or 1 large glass bowl

Place half the strawberries in a blender with half the icing sugar. Whizz to a puree and pass through a fine sieve to remove the seeds.

2  Cut the remaining strawberries in half. Mix the yogurt with the remaining icing sugar, orange zest and liqueur.

3  In a glass bowl or individual glasses, place a spoonful of the yogurt mixture at the bottom, pour over a little of the strawberry sauce and some fruit. Sprinkle on some Amaretti biscuit crumbs and continue layering the mixture, finishing with a sprinkling of Amaretti biscuits. Decorate the top with a couple of strawberries and serve immediately. Per serving; 8lcals, 2g fat, 0.5g saturated fat, 8g carbohydrate
