Strawberry N Cream Squares
1 6-ounce package strawberry jell-o
2 cups boiling water
2 10-ounce packages frozen strawberries
1 13 1/2-ounce can crushed pineapple
2 large bananas, diced
1 cup sour cream
Dissolve jell-o in boiling water, add strawberries and stir until thawed. Add pineapple and bananas. Pour half of mixture into an 8×8x2-inch pan. Chill until firm. Spoon sour cream over chilled layer. Pour remaining gelatin mixture carefully over sour cream. Chill until firm.
