SWEET CORN SOUP

Ingredients:

• Carrots                         2, finely chopped.
• French beans                100 grams.
• Peas                             250 grams
• Sweet corn                   ¾ tin.
• Salt and pepper to taste.
• Soya sauce.                  as per requirement
• Ajinomotto                   as per requirement
• Corn flour                     as per requirement

For stock:

• Onion                           3
• Potatoes                       3
• Water                           6-7 cups

Method:

1. Boil all the vegetables in water. When half cooked add the tine sweet corn and seasonings.
2. Add the corn flour mixed in water.

Serve with vinegar + chilies, finely chopped + salt.
