Sweetcorn Tomato and Bellpepper Ragout!

Ingredients Required:

  • Bell peppers (red and yellow) – 50 gms
  • Green bell pepper (diced) – 50 gms
  •  American corn – 25 gms
  • Oil- 1 tsp.
  • Cream – 1 tbsp.
  • Tomato puree – 25 gms
  • Tomatoes -100 gms
  •  Celery -15 gms
  •  leek -15 gms
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Salt – to taste
  • Cheddar cheese ­25 gms
  • Garlic – 5 flakes
  • Onions – one
  • Butter (optional) ­1 tbsp.

Method:

1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add finely chopped tomatoes and onions to it.

2. Stir for a while and add tomato puree, cream, finely chopped garlic, celery, leek, salt, pepper and butter to the mixture.

3. Cook for five minutes on low heat. Keep aside.

4. Now heat 1/2 tsp. of olive oil in another pan again and toss well the diced bell pepper and American corn.
