T-Man’s Duck Soup

A delicious dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound duck chopped and fried
  • seasoning salt
  • carrots
  • pepper
  • 5 cans beef broth
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • rice

Method

  1. put a big size pan on the burner.
  2. add the 4 cans of beef broth to it.
  3. put the rice in it with it and cover for 4 minutes.
  4. add the evaporated milk to it.
  5. add all seasonings lightly.
  6. add the carrots.
  7. add a little onion to the top if you want.
