Here is an interesting take on tacos.
1 pound extra lean ground meat
1 onion chopped
3 cans (15.5 ounce each) mild chili beans undrained
1 can (14.5 ounces) whole tomatoes undrained
1 can (14.25 ounces)corn, undrained
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 (1 1/4) ounce taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Brown meat with onion in large saucepan; drain.
Add all remaining ingredients except cheese, stir breaking up the tomatoes, Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium low, simmer 5 minutes stirring occasionally
serve topped with cheese
