The Best Slow Cook Chicken Soup Recipe
This is the best soup I have ever made! So Delicious!
Slow Cook Chicken Soup
Ingredients
- 2 parsnips, peeled & chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled & chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 sprigs fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp. dill
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
- 7 cups fat free low sodium chicken broth
Directions
First add the chicken to bottome of crock pot, then add the chicken broth and then the rest of the ingredients and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Then pull the chicken from crock pot and chop chicken into bite size pieces. Return the chicken back to pot and cook 30 minutes longer
