The Shade’s Chicken Noodle Soup

My latest soup concoction. Tastes great for lunch or for anytime! Make with home-made noodles for that “home-made” taste.
Ingredients
- 3-4 Chicken Breasts – boneless skinless
- 4 celery stalks – chopped
- 1 lg. onion – chopped
- Water
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 T. celery seed
- 2 (13 oz.) cans chicken broth
- ½ package Wide Egg noodles
Method
Wash chicken and place in soup kettle. Cover with water. Add celery, onion, pepper, salt, and celery seed. Simmer for approx. 30 to 40 minutes. Remove chicken and cut to bite size pieces. Put chicken back in kettle and add chicken broth. Heat to a good simmer, and then add egg noodles. Cook approx. 20-30 minutes. Add more of the spices as needed to taste. Then enjoy The Shade’s latest delicious concoction!
