Three Different Ways to Stir-fry Chicken

Chicken tastes great with you give it a stir with ginger and garlic. Start by dicing asparagus and bell peppers for this simple recipe. Peel shallots and cut them into halves. Throw chicken pieces and asparagus into a wok that has hot oil. Give it a stir for two minutes and then add the bell peppers, salt, ginger, garlic, freshly ground pepper and some chicken stock. Let the medley bubble for about 2-3 minutes and serve it hot.
Mix one portion of soy sauce and fish sauce with ginger, garlic, chicken bouillon cubes, cornstarch, lime juice and brown sugar. Chop mushrooms, spring inions and bamboo shoots into bite sized pieces. Add chicken and spring onions in hot oil along with red chilies and give it a stir for 2 minutes. Now throw in the mushrooms and bamboo shoots and cook the ingredients for another two minutes. The dish is ready to be served.
A herby chicken stir fry is light and filling. Chop carrots, broccoli and zucchini into fine pieces and toss them into a wok along with chicken, celery, basil, salt and pepper. Add zucchini after the chicken has cooked for 3 minutes and dole out the piping hot dish with pasta or bread.
