Tips for Delicious Soups
With these tips, you will never doubt your soup’s taste again.

Next time you prepare a soup follow those tips!
- Add ingredients according to their boiling time, for example add carrots first, then potatoes and add tomatoes only 5 minutes before finishing your soup.
- If you are preparing a soup with meat, cook the meat first in small pieces (bites) for about an hour or a little more without adding salt (adding salt before that time will make your meat hard). After 1 hour add the vegetables and the salt.
- If you like your soup thick try this:
1. Add one tablespoon of flour in a cup of liquid from your soup. Stir it really well and add it back to your soup (If you like it thicker, add more flour)
2. If your soup has potatoes you can mash some of them and add them back to your soup. - Anyone who likes fishsoups know how difficult it is to have the fish in its actual form. Well to have that isn’t that hard. You just have to add the fish last and not stir the soup at all! Now cook your soup really slow until it’s done.
I hope you liked those tips. Enjoy your soup!

This recipe sounds so delicious. The soup looks so appetizing in the photo that it makes me hungry for soup right now. I’m going to email this recipe to myself, so I can keep it on hand and make this it some time. Thank you so much for sharing it with your fellow Triond writers.
Take Care,
