Vegetable Broth

Learn how to prepare a vegetable broth in just seconds.
The ingredients are
- 2 carrots
- 1 large leek
- 1 garlic
- 1 potato
- Water
- Pepper
- 1/2 of oil
- Salt

~ First, cut all vegetables into chunks and gently poached in oil in a large pot.
~ After about 10 minutes add the water and let simmer 30 to 45 minutes, until we see that the vegetables are soft.
~ Finally sneaked the broth and season to taste with salt and pepper.
