Veggy Semolina Pan Cake
Its healthy and filling…
Ingredients
- Semolina- 2 cup
- Onion – 1 finely chopped
- Chopped corriander – 1 tbs
- Green chilli(optional)- 1 ( chopped)
- Tomato- Cored and chopped 1tbs
- Salt- as per taste
- Oil- 1 tbs
- water – 1 1/2 cup
Method
- Take 2 cups of a semolina in a bowl.
- Add 1 cup of water & soak it for 20-30 mins.
- Add more water to make a batter of pan cake consistancy.
- Add chopped onion, green chili, tomato and salt and mix it properly.
- Heat a non stick skillet.
- Rub little oil in the surface of the skillet with cotton or a cleancloth.
- Pour the batter .
- Reduce the gas.
- Add little oil in the sides.
- When one side gets cooked , turn the other side.
- Serve hot with plain yogurt or potato raita( Posted earlier)
