Velveeta Cheesy Bean Soup
A cheesy soup.
If you are in the mood for a nice creamy cheesy soup with a bit of a kick try my Velveeta Cheesy Bean Soup,
Crockpot Velveeta Cheesy Bean Soup
1 Pound of Velveeta Cheese
1 pound ground beef
1 can of green beans 13 oz can (not French style)
1 can chili beans (15 oz)
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis liquid too
1 can stewed tomatoes, dice them up a bit before adding them (put the liquid in too)
1 envelope of taco seasoning or 1/8 cup taco seasoning
1 pinch of cumin
1/4 cup of water
1 Jalapeno (seeds removed and diced) add more if you want it really spicy.
Spray your crockpot with non stick cooking spray
Brown your ground beef and drain it. While you are waiting for the beef to brown chop up the Velveeta in to eighths, then add it to the crockpot. Once the ground beef is browned and drained it it to the crock pot. Add the rest of the ingredients. Start cooking it at low for about 4 to 5 hours. If you can once the cheese melts up give the soup a nice stir.
Makes about 6 good sized servings. Tastes great with Tortilla chips.
