Soups.

Ingredients:

Sauerkraut, about half a pound, sour cream, mushrooms or other mushrooms, broth, dice or masoxu, about 2 large potatoes, onions, oil, about 2 tablespoons of flour to thicken
Procedure:

Fry the onions on sliced mushrooms, add sour chopped cabbage, add stock and simmer for about 15 minutes. When cabbage is soft, add potatoes and zákletku flour and sour Smatana.
