White Chicken Chili

This tortilla style soup is quick, easy and satisfying on a cold day.

Ingredients

  • chopped onion, to taste
  • chicken taco seasoning
  • 4 Chicken Breasts 1 large carton chicken broth
  • 1 can Green Giant White Shoepeg Corn 1 can white beans
  • 1 can chopped green chili peppers

Method

In slow cooker or stock pot, cook chicken in broth until tender. Cut or tear the chicken into bite sized pieces and return to broth. Add all other ingredients and simmer until ready to serve. This is delicious with tortilla chips or corn bread and it freezes well, too.
